Shanghai COPAK Industry Co., LTD is a professional Chinese eco-friendly food & beverage packaging manufacturer founded in 2015. It runs a sales headquarters in Shanghai and production factories based in Guangdong and Zhejiang, delivering one-stop PET packaging solutions integrating mold design, material R&D, automated manufacturing and customized printing. The core products includes PET cups, PET cans and Sealing Machines.
Is COPAK a PET packaging manufacturer or trading company?
Copak has sales office in Shanghai that handles global sales, marketing, client communication and order follow-up, while all core production, processing and quality inspection work are completed in its own factories in Guangzhou and Foshan.
Do you have export qualification? Which countries do you mainly export to?
Yes, we have various food contact certifications, including FDA, EU 10/2011, Declaration of Conformity, SGS, ISO9001 etc. And most of our customers are from Europe, North American and Middle East.

We own two self-operated factories in Guangdong & Zhejiang with 23 high-speed ISBM lines, delivering over 500,000 PET cans daily and 100 million pieces monthly in total.
We maintain spare machine buffer capacity for seasonal peak demand and sudden surge orders. All lids, printing, molds and PET preforms are produced in-house without third-party outsourcing delays.
For brand long-term monthly bulk orders, we offer fixed capacity reservation and split shipment schedules to guarantee stable, on-time delivery year-round."
What's your factory scale & workshop standard?
Our factory covers an area of over 12,000 square meters, with more than 80 professional production workers. All workshops follow ISO9001 quality management standards. We implement full closed dust-free production zones for molding, injection and finished product assembly, equipped with independent testing labs to strictly control raw material and finished goods quality.

Do you use food-grade PET? What's the max temperature resistance of PET cans?
"Yes, we always use food-grade PET with food contact certifications. Safe continuous service temperature: -20°C ~ 60°C
Softening & deformation starts above 65–70°C
Not allowed for hot filling, microwave, high-temperature sterilization or holding boiling liquid"

No, high heat will deform the cans. Choose PP cans if you pack hot drinks.

"Yes, our food-grade PET cans can be stored in freezer at -18℃.
Low temperature will not deform or damage PET material.
Important tips:
1, Do not fill liquid to full capacity; leave enough space for volume expansion when liquid freezes, otherwise the can may crack.
2, Cool hot contents down to room temperature before freezing. Sharp temperature difference will make PET brittle and crack easily.
3, Carbonated drinks are not recommended for freezing. Combined pressure of ice and CO₂ may burst the container.
4, Repeated freezing & thawing cycles will gradually make PET fragile."
