Transparent PET plastic can
Useful tips to make the printing process and business communication clearer and professional:
Initial Design SubmissionClients are requested to provide high-resolution, editable PDF design drafts for PET can printing.
Requirements for design files: Resolution ≥ 300 DPI; text and graphic elements should be outlined or embedded to avoid font loss.
Optional supplementary materials: Pantone color codes (for precise color matching) and brand guidelines (e.g., logo size/placement specifications) are highly recommended to ensure consistency with your brand identity.
Mockup Review & Confirmation: Our design team will create a 1:1 digital mockup based on the submitted design, simulating the actual printing effect on the PET can surface.
We will present the mockup with detailed annotations (e.g., dimension marks, color notes, and position of mandatory information like recycling labels/certifications).
Clients can request up to 2 rounds of free revisions to adjust colors, layouts, or text content. The production process will only proceed after we receive the client’s written confirmation (via email or our online system) on the final mockup.
Printing Arrangement & Production Upon mockup confirmation, we will formally schedule the printing production and provide a clear production timeline (including pre-press plate making, printing, and post-curing).
Printing Capability Specification: We currently support up to 4 colors printing for PET cans, which can achieve vivid, high-definition graphics that meet the needs of most beverage brand packaging.
Ink standards: All inks used are food-contact safe, complying with international regulations (FDA, EU 10/2011) to ensure no harmful substance migration.
